Saved people can wreck their testimonies by falling into grievous sins, causing public scandals by their ceasing regularly to seek the Lord Jesus through the means he has appointed, but they cannot lose their salvation. However, lost people can have a false assurance that they are saved. This message is part of a larger series entitled 'Great Teachings of the Bible.' Using historic documents such as the Anglican Thirty-nine Articles of Religion, the London Confession of Baptist Faith and the Westminster Confession of Faith to frame our questions, this series examines basic Bible truths.
