We've seen that the great counterfeit authority that dominates church history up to the present time is the counterfeit authority of the Roman Catholic church. The Roman Catholic church judges every word of God by the word of men.
Is this God's prescribed order, or is it a perverted order? Is the church supposed to interpret the Bible according to its traditions or some other standard, or is the Bible itself is the final authority? What does Scripture itself say about this?
