Solomon confesses: "The heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built!" (2 Chronicles 6:18) God is present everywhere, yet he is distinct from his creation. The Bible does not teach pantheism.
Also, there is a special presence of God. We see this throughout the 18th chapter of Genesis. The LORD (God's proper name, Yahweh) comes with two angels to visit with Abraham. The LORD and his two angels eat and drink what Abraham has provided (Genesis 18:8).
The LORD also spoke mouth to mouth to Moses, and Moses saw his form (תְּמוּנָה tᵉmûnāh), which the Greek Septuagint renders as his glory (δόξα doxa) (Numbers 12:8).
That does not mean the Moses saw God in all his glory, as is clear in Exodus 33:20-23 and in 1 Timothy 6:16.
