There is a book that mirrors that approach and it is like systematic theology painted onto the backdrop of attire. This is an excellent book to point your people towards. It will give you more ammo to go with your current sermon. It will also challenge you.

“ Men and women should listen ” This subject is truly a sacred cow in the church today. We have become such an immodest culture that no one blinks an eye or blushes at all the nakedness; not even amongst God's people. Some will label this legalism which is a pity for it is no such thing; rather it is a scriptural injunction for the purity and holiness of God's people.
I pray more men will be men and speak on this subject in such a loving and compassionate manner as Mr. Pollard does. And that elder women will pick up the charge to teach the younger women.

“ Jeff Pollard bio ” Pastor Jeff is a humble pastor who preaches Christ and seldoms talks about himself. I was reading in Cornerstone magazine that the guitar player for a rock band called, Louisiana Leroux www.laleroux.com had led two members of the rock band Kansas to Christ, Kerry Livgren and Dave Hope. Last I heard D. Hope is a pastor in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. This intrigued me because of my own background. I first saw Jeff back in 1982 in Lafayette, LA. He visited the 1st Bapt. Church and sang and played guitar. At the time he was not yet preaching. Years later Jeffs shows up on a theological discussion list where I learned more of him. Before Le Roy Shelton passed away, he asked Jeff to take his place as pastor of Mount Zion www.mountzion.org and Chapel Library ministries. I was already involved with Chapel Library narrating books and was very pleased at this calling. Since then I have met Jeff in person and found his character as excellent as his preaching.
